MINISTRY REPORT:  SEPTEMBER 2009

EQUIPPING A NEW GENERATION OF LEADERS
EVANGELISTIC CRUSADE & WORLD IMPACT LEADERS CONFERENCE
4-12 SEPTEMBER 2009
Thank you for your prayers for us, the pastors, evangelists and leaders who attended the Conference that was held in the Derdegelid Baptist Church, Burgersfort , Limpopo Province, South Africa.

“An unchanging Gospel message in a changing world”
“Doing the work of an evangelist, intentional or not?”
“Global Missions, the task is far from finished”

Our passion is to share His Good News with the world.  With so many people still waiting for Good News, the need – and opportunity – before us has never been greater.

Will you partner with us through your prayers and financial support, to reach the lost with the life-changing Gospel message?

“For we are God’s fellow workers, and partners to reach the lost for Christ.”  1 Corinthians 3:7-9

LEADERS CONFERENCE &
GOSPEL CRUSADE  (4-12 Sept 2009)
It was a blessing to have bro Richard Hamlet and his wife Ginger with us and we thank God for the world wide ministry of Global Ministries Fellowship.  We thank bro Richard and Global Ministries Fellowship who financially sponsored the crusade and conference.

The inspirational Word of God enlightened our minds as Pastor Thomas Marshall  (Compass Center, Mokopane) teach on the “Pattern for accurate building ”.  It was a privilege to have with us Shai & Elreza Mulder and the 23 BBTC  students who represented fourteen different African countries.    We were all blessed through the akapella singing of the BBTC choir during the conference sessions and in the evening tent services.

Hennie challenged the pastors and leaders to expand their local church ministries and to become involved in reaching the least reached peoples with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.   The Church in Africa can contribute greatly to world evangelization.

God used us greatly during the tent crusade, and we witnessed not only how hundreds of people committed their lives to Jesus Christ, but also Christians who made new commitments to the Lord.   New converts will be followed up by Pastor Lucas and the local church.    Again, we are inspired and encouraged to see how God is raising up a vast army of young people to become leaders of the church in Africa and how he used them to make disciples.   Praise God for open hearts that received the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
